Royal Van Beest Group acquires Sling Supply International S.A.

Royal Van Beest Group has acquired Sling Supply International SA (“Slingsintt”), based in Spain. Sling Supply International focuses on designing, manufacturing, testing and certifying lifting solutions in a wide range of industries.

Royal Van Beest Group has acquired Sling Supply International SA (“Slingsintt”), based in Spain. Sling Supply International focuses on designing, manufacturing, testing and certifying lifting solutions in a wide range of industries. Its main activity is focused on the global wind industry and consists of the development of tools for lifting nacelles, hubs, towers and rotor blades. Slingsintt has established a leading position in this market through its excellence in the development of customized lifting equipment, in close cooperation with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This acquisition contributes significantly to Van Beest’s mission of global leadership in mooring, lashing and lifting equipment for the onshore and offshore Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) industry and OEMs. Sling Supply International will be managed as a separate entity within the group and will be headed by Mikel López (R&D/Commercial Director), Igor Rodríguez (Operations Director) and Eneritz Miranda Muxika (Finance Director).
